These are some exercises that I use to make sure I’m getting sufficient movement in my elbows and wrists, especially when they feel tight and/or sore. Remember, exercise isn’t always about strength or cardio; for chronic illness warriors it’s often about getting different types of movement because it is helpful in keeping our bodies going.
